Call for Submissions & for Reviewers

22-09-2023

FOR SUBMISSIONS:

We invite you to submit an article (primary or secondary research), essay, book review, photo or oral project (click here to log in and see the submission criteria). Please consider sharing this invitation with your colleagues.

The focus/theme of Issue 1 will be broad - a forum to extend understandings of decolonization or decriminalisation, or to advance discussions or critiques of issues in crime, law, offending, victimisation, criminalisation, and our justice systems, or to how we create knowledge, transfer knowledge, and how it intersects with pedagogical approaches, practice, or research within criminology and its adjacent disciplines.

FOR REVIEWERS:

We are seeking reviewers to join our editorial team in the launch of (De)constructing Criminology: International Perspectives (DCIP). Please consider sharing this invitation with your colleagues.

To support a meaningful and efficient peer review process, Associate Editors (AEs) are an important component of our editorial team. We are seeking a diverse range of AEs from early career to established scholars who want to be involved in shaping publications in criminology.

DCIP uses a double-blind peer-review process for all submissions, with each submission reviewed by (at least) two reviewers. If you would be willing to act as a reviewer, please sign up here and be sure to indicate three or four subject areas of interest and expertise, as that will aid in matching you with a submission.
